Aston Martin DB6 (1965-1970).
The DB6 was a thoroughly restyled DB5 because money and time was lacking to produce a totally new car. Most visible on the rear where a Kamm tail supplanted the classic round curves. The superleggera construction was also abandoned.
New bumpers and a taller windscreen were also supposed to modernize the aging design clues of the DB5. The car is only an average success.
A convertible named Volante is presented in 1965, and around 150 were built, of which 29 Vantage high power versions, much sought after today.
